ALLEGORY FOR A SHIFTING LANDSCAPE
The Third Pagoda — a research centre and archive for IRGON stands as a symbolic resistance to the culture of secrecy on the Ness. The dynamic movement of the “Strata” reflects the shifting landscape and reimagines Ness’s structures, creating Orford’s own pagoda situated on the existing harbour edge.
