HOW HIGH IS THE GUAGE
Situated in a flood-prone landscape, this project proposes a dual-state architecture: a training centre and testing ground for unconventional flood defence strategies in daily use, which transforms into a toolkit of deployable equipment for emergency response, protecting the town of Bad Neuenahr during flash floods.
